Georgetown Palace Theatre
The Georgetown Palace Theatre is a non-profit organization that celebrates the power of storytelling and our shared human experience with a commitment to artistic excellence, quality education, and community engagement. The Palace seeks to become the cultural destination for everyone.
Our productions take place on the Springer stage in our Historic 100-year old theatre and at the Doug Smith Performance Center. The Springer stage hosts six musicals throughout the year. The Doug Smith Performance Center hosts our Education Program and our nonmusical plays. It is located at 206 W. 2nd Street in Georgetown.
The Smith serves thousands of students of all ages, abilities, and means through developmentally appropriate and technically sound training and performance opportunities in the various theatrical arts.
In general, Palace performances (not Education shows), begin at 7:30 pm and our Sunday matinee starts at 2 pm. We encourage you to check our website for date, time, and location details for your performance.
Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds, except, in the case of a canceled performance.
Ticket Exchange Policy: Exchanges can be made up to 24 hours prior to show time or by phone during business hours only Mon-Fri, noon-4 pm. After that time no exchanges or rain checks can be made.
