Georgetown Palace Theatre Initiates Payment of Stipends to Adult Cast and Crew Members

Georgetown Palace Theatre Celebrates Actors and Crew with Stipend

(via GTP)The Georgetown Palace Theater 2023-24 season is full of hope and inspiration. It is in that spirit that we announce for the first time in the Georgetown Palace Theatre’s nearly 100-year history, we will pay a stipend to our adult actors and crew members for every show on the Springer and Playhouse stages. This is a small token of our gratitude and appreciation for the dedication, talent, and hard work our actors and crew give to the Palace.

We hope that with the continued support of our patrons and community, we will be able to provide these stipends for years to come. Please join us in celebrating the talented actors and crew members that inspire us every season. We value your work and want the Palace to be a destination for all, regardless of experience level. This next season is one of our most ambitious yet, with shows such as Disaster!, Bright Star, Thurgood, Doubt, Cats, and many others. Season starts Friday, Oct. 6 with Jekyll & Hyde. Find your place at the Palace.
