Seeking fame and fortune, precocious teenager Frank Abagnale Jr. runs away from home to begin an unforgettable adventure. With nothing more than his boyish charm, a big imagination and millions of dollars in forged checks, can Frank succeed?  You be the judge as you watch his many exploits – as a pilot, a doctor, a lawyer – living the high life!  Can he also win the girl of his dreams?  When will Frank's lies catch up with him?  FBI agent, Carl Hanratty, is on his trail!

Catch Me If You Can opened at The Palace in Georgetown on Friday, March 8, 2019, to run for five weekends. This big, bright spectacle with a riveting story relates the high-flying adventures of con artist Frank Abagnale Jr. as he follows his dreams while running from the FBI.  Frank’s escapades promise a night of high-energy dance numbers and riveting, can’t-look-away storyline that audiences of all ages will love!

Based on the hit film and the incredible true story, Catch Me If You Can is the musical comedy about chasing your dreams and not getting caught. Nominated for four Tony awards, including Best Musical, this delightfully entertaining show was created by a Tony Award-winning "dream team," with a book by Terrence McNally (The Full Monty, Ragtime) and a swinging score by Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman (Hairspray).
