The imagined conversations, musings and dramatic encounters of four women comprise the second iteration of Jump-Start’s spring storytelling series.  

Jump-Start company member Chuck Squier invited four artists to join him in creating a performance piece for STORIES WE CARRY. He says, “The idea for this show came to me when I realized how many of my friends tell great stories that I believe are stage-worthy!”  Over several months, the women developed their individual scenes through Chuck’s workshopping process of writing, discovery and inquiry. The title, 4 WOMEN for REAL, describes the artistic work of Kimberlyn Montford, Felice Garcia, Michele Brinkley and Linda Cuellar. 

4 WOMEN for REAL is produced and directed by Chuck with the assistance of Anna Harwin, musical accompaniment by Sarah Rocha, lighting design by Tyler Cozart and sound design by Sarah Tijerina.
