Men on the Verge of a His-Panic Breakdown
by Teatro Audaz

Apr. 29 - May. 09, 2021

<>The story follows various Hispanic queer immigrant men and their journey in The United States during the 1990s-2000s. With this project, we hope to emphasize the need for rightful and diverse Latinx Queer representation. We also hope to give space for our various and different stories to be highlighted and celebrated in order to understand how we have shaped America and how America has shaped us. We all had a journey to arrive here and it is time for our journey to be honored.

Queer Latinx community members have participated in our production by sending us artworks, stories, music, voice memos, and more that we can share and feature in our virtual production.

Written by Guillermo Reyes and directed by Matthew Byron Cassi, with associate directors Abe Ramirez & Gabriel Torres. Performed by Ivan A. Ortega ,Fernando Vieira, and Jai Gonzalez Quintero Trevi.

Stage Manager: Diego Habib
