A Plan and Not Quite Enough Time
by University of Texas Theatre & Dance

Sep. 29 - Sep. 30, 2018
Saturday-Sunday

A semi-staged reading featuring professional actors, this lyrical biography of Leonard Bernstein takes a symphonic look at major melodies playing throughout his life: music, family, spiritual longing, carnal passions and death. We see Leonard as a boy and man, as a father and son; bisexually brilliant and politically naïve. Cymbals crash, the brass crescendo, the maestro takes a bow.
