Two nights only! May 29th & 20th, 8:00 and 10:00 pm

Hilarious, lyrical, horrifying, inventive! The sixth annual Austin Puppet Incident is an evening of short puppet works (for grownups) by local and national puppet artists.

The Austin Puppet Incident is a joint creation of Glass Half Full Theatre and Trouble Puppet Theater Company, presenting the work of local and national puppet artists on the Austin stage. This year’s puppet slam includes Visiting Artist Madison J. Cripps, a marionettist from Asheville, N.C. Check out his work here:

Local acts include lyrical shadow puppetry, a little horror, twisted fairy tales, hand and rod puppets, and more!

The Austin Puppet Incident is supported by the Puppet Slam Network.

Not suitable for kids. Ages 15+ recommended.

Showcase evenings for students working with Trouble Puppet Theatre Company and Glass Half Full Theatre Company. The fifth year presentation.
