Parade
by Ground Floor Theatre
Dec. 04 - Dec. 20
Parade tells the real-life story of Leo Frank, a Jewish factory manager falsely accused of the murder of a young girl in 1913 Georgia. Exploring themes of injustice, prejudice, and the complexities of the American South during that era, Parade delves into the societal tensions of the region. Highlighting the emotional and political struggles faced by Frank, his wife, and the community, this musical blends historical drama with poignant music to shed light on the horrors of discrimination and mob mentality.
