Schadenfreude: An Evening of One-Act Plays
by Cold Frame Collective

Aug. 24 - Sep. 01, 2018
Fridays-Saturdays

Lousy reading material, bureaucratic red tape, mix-ups,  missed deadlines, an almost cosmic joke of ineptness... Waiting chronicles the story of a man with eroding patience in a waiting room. Ethan Coen of the Coen brothers, writer of screen classics such as The Big Lebowski, Fargo, No Country for Old Men and Burn After Reading, takes his first dive into  writing for theatre with Waiting.

Having casually wandered onstage, George is informed that one of the actors, Eddie, has been in an auto accident and he must replace him immediately. Hilarity ensues. The Actors Nightmare by Christopher Durangis a Pirandello-esque curtain raiser about an actor thrown on stage with no script.
