The Threepenny Opera
by The Theatre Company (TTC)

Jun. 15 - Jun. 24, 2018
Fridays-Sundays

The Theatre Company is thrilled to finally bring this beautiful piece to our stage! The Threepenny Opera originated in the 1920s and has been revived on and off Broadway at least 5 times, most recently with Alan Cumming, Cyndi Lauper, and Ana Gasteyer. You’ll definitely recognize the classic character and song, “Mack the Knife.” The story follows Mack as he marries Polly Peachum, without the approval of her father. What ensues is a beautiful tale filled with colorful characters and unforgettable music!
