Storm Damage to Georgetown Palace Theatre Cancels performances of Frozen and Swing
This past Sunday, Jan. 25, 2026 during the winter weather event, the Palace suffered extensive damage to our theatre. It is with a heavy heart that because of the damage and location of the repairs, we have to cancel the closing weekend of Disney’s Frozen and the entire run of Swing! The Musical.

The Palace theatre is a 100-year old building and while we are hopeful that the repairs will be completed in a timely manner, circumstances beyond our control may hinder the process. We ask for your patience as we navigate these challenges and let the experts make the repairs necessary to bring us back better than ever.
