About the Role

You’ll work alongside our Executive Artistic Director to coordinate performances, workshops, and community events — and be the friendly face who helps open and close the theatre for rehearsals and shows.

Duties include:

Coordinating theatre programs & bookings

Managing contracts & budgets

Recruiting & scheduling volunteers

Supporting marketing & community engagement

Providing admin & event support

What We’re Looking For

Experience (or strong interest!) in theatre, arts admin, or event coordination

Organizational & multitasking superpowers

Familiarity with grant writing/fundraising (or willingness to learn)

A passion for inclusive, community-driven theatre
