To Our CTT Community,

We extend our deepest gratitude to every individual who came forward to share their experiences and concerns with the Central Texas Theatre Board of Directors. Your voices expressing pain, resilience, and a desire for change have been heard, and they matter profoundly.

As a board, we are actively reviewing the concerns raised and working toward meaningful resolution. This includes revisiting our policies, strengthening accountability measures, and engaging in restorative dialogue. We know that trust is earned through action, and we are committed to doing the work.

We want to clarify that the concerns addressed during the recent meeting were submitted through direct communication and reviewed by the Chair of the Internal Review Committee. While some letters read publicly may have appeared anonymous, they were only anonymous in the public setting to protect the privacy of those who came forward. The individuals who submitted these concerns were known to the committee, and their statements were considered with full context and accountability. We remain committed to transparency, safety, and respectful dialogue as we continue working toward resolution.

This is not the end of the conversation. It is a beginning. We will continue to communicate openly as we move forward, and we invite you to hold us accountable as we strive to build a theatre that reflects the values of equity, safety, and belonging.
