Please prepare a 1-2 minute monologue. If auditioning for NUNSENSE, in addition to your monologue, please prepare 32-bars of a song that shows range and personality and is within the style of the show. Bring sheet music in the appropriate key. An accompanist will be provided. Also, please bring your headshot and resume stapled together.

MMNT operates under an AEA/URTA agreement; Guest Artists are mentors for student actors. MACBETH by William Shakespeare. Directed by Marcus McQuirter.

First Rehearsal: Monday, August 19, 2024 Performances: September 19-September 29, 2024


Macbeth - 25-35, masculine. Warrior first, statesman second. Ambitious. Lithe and strong, sword an extension of his being. Product of a violent world.

Macduff - 25-35, Scottish nobleman who won his title through battle. Steeped in ethos of war/violence. Sees Macbeth as a potential rival who lacks discipline.


THE PLAY THAT GOES WRONG by Henry Lewis, Jonathan Sayer, and Henry Shields. Directed by Anna Skidis Vargas.

First Rehearsal: Tuesday, October 1, 2024 Performances: November 7-17, 2024


Chris - the head of the drama society, directed the play and plays Inspector Carter. Physical comedy a must.

Max - plays Cecil Haversham and Arthur the Gardener. Physical comedy a must.



NUNSENSE: THE MEGA MUSICAL by Dan Goggin. Directed by C. Patrick Gendusa.

First Rehearsal, Monday, January 6, 2025 Performances: February 13-23, 2025


Reverend Mother Mary Regina - Mother Superior, head of the convent. Outrageous and quick- witted. Vocal range: F(3)-D(5) Mezzo or Alto range, Jazz/Swing style.

Sister Mary Hubert - Mistress of Novices, always competing with the Mother superior (G3-F5).



WALDEN by KJ Sánchez (Regional Premiere). Directed by KJ Sánchez.

First Rehearsal, Tuesday, February 25, 2025 Performances: April 3-13, 2025


Marshall - 17, black male. Funny, good singer and great friend. Finalist for NYU musical theatre audition.

Larry Bird - An artificial intelligence system. B.I.R.D. = Biometric Intelligence Response Droid. Building blocks of "if A then B" allow him to assess and evolve.
