The 30th Annual Production of Salado Legends Central Texas’ favorite outdoor musical drama. Salado Legends tells the story of the Scottish settlers, Tonkawa Indians and Spanish explorers in Salado by the exploration of the history and legends of Salado Texas. You will find tales of Texas Frontier Life, The Tonkawa Indians’ Legends, and the Civil War are interwoven throughout the play with delightful music and dance. The play is in the Congressional Library as the best representation of Life in the mid 1800's.
