2027 Season, La Fenice Commedia dell’Arte, Austin

(via LF)We have been cooking up a season for you all summer, and we’re excited to share the kinds of high-flying, weirdo shows and programming we’ve got cooked up for you in 2027.

We kick our season off in late April at the Butterfly Bar with a love letter to the 2025 Louvre Heist that our company members continue to be obsessed with.
Were you following it? Our dudes, this whole thing is so stupid, it’s like a gift that we couldn’t return for store credit.
We’ve already started our dramaturgy page full of our favorite stupid true facts but we will be playing fast and loose with French accents and stereotypes in this show so don’t @ us.
We are SO excited about this one.

In the beginning of June, we’re bringing some of our favorite Commedia dell’Arte friends to Austin for a week of workshops and performances,
We’ve done this a couple of times before, and it’s always been incredible - new friends! new mentors! new ideas! cups filled!
We’re accepting submissions for workshops and performances through February! Hit us up! Pastasquad.org/festival for info!

This original cohort of Sparkies has been training alongside our company members for three years now, and the bulk of them are fixin’ to graduate high school this year.
We’re so excited to show them off to our global friends, and we hope you’ll help send them off to their big bright futures with a bang.
Performing in June (as part of the Festival and a little bit after), this show is Clue, but everyone’s got a monster of a secret they’re hiding.

In the fall, La Fenice and Golden: Silent Improvised Stories bring you our next installment of our silent, immersive improv series.
Join our group of atomic scientists that terrible evening in 1953 as they sought to celebrate a breakthrough in their development of the H Bomb and uncovered spies among their number.
