Auditions and Collaboration in Austin for 24-hour Play Festival

Help us create brand new theatrical productions in a 24-hour time period. Haven’t acted in a play? Always wanted to direct? Thought you would write the best play ever? This is the perfect opportunity for you! Auditions will be held on July 5th at  7pm at The Institution Theater and performances will be July 6th at 8pm. 

This Festival will be a crazy fun experience that you do not want to miss out on. Come meet other theatre personalities as well as theatre companies. Bottle Alley, Lucky Chaos, The Backpack, and Punchkin Repertory Theatre will all be represented. Let’s work together to create something great.

Saturday July 5th – Sunday July 6th at The Institution Theater
7pm  : Auditions
8pm: Improv Performance for writer inspiration
9pm – 1am: Writers write amazing plays
1am: Directors pick and cast their plays
7am: Rehearsals Start
5pm: Technical Rehearsals Begin
8pm: SHOW TIME
