I Hate Hamlet
by StageCenter Community Theatre

Oct. 07 - Oct. 08 (2024)

I Hate Hamlet follows the story of Andrew Rally, a struggling actor who is offered the role of Hamlet in a prestigious Broadway production. As he grapples with the challenges of playing one of Shakespeare's most iconic characters, Andrew is haunted by the ghost of John Barrymore, a legendary actor who once played the same role.

This witty and irreverent play explores the complexities of acting, the pressures of fame, and the eternal struggle between art and commerce.
