Someone sneezes. Someone can’t get a signal. Someone won’t answer the door. Someone put an elephant on the stairs. Someone’s not ready to talk. Someone is her brother’s mother. Someone hates irrational numbers. Someone told the police. Someone got a message from the traffic light. Someone’s never felt like this before.In this fast moving kaleidoscope, more than a hundred characters try to make sense of what they know. LOVE AND INFORMATION is a devised piece that requires strong collaborators, creative problem solvers, and individuals passionate about technical challenges. No two productions of LOVE AND INFORMATION are the same and this production is an excellent opportunity for those interested in learning more about devised work. Those with no devised experience are strongly encouraged to audition.
Love and Information is a devised ensemble piece. All characters are unnamed with no definitive character descriptions. Come as you are. The ensemble is composed of 6 actors.

AUDITION DATES:
January 28th 11am-3pm. Auditioners should plan to arrive at 11am and stay for the entire duration of auditions unless otherwise communicated.

WHO MAY AUDITION:
Anyone who is 18 years old and up.
WHAT SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR AUDITIONS:
Please arrive in moveable clothing you are comfortable in. Auditions will consist of beginner movement/collaboration exercises and cold readings from the script. If you require accommodations or exemptions in the movement portion, please email katiejordanhendo@gmail.com. We are happy to accommodate all movement capabilities.

WHAT IS THE REHEARSAL/PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE:
Rehearsals run from February 2023-April 2023. Show opens April 14-16, 21-23 2023. Expect rehearsals on weekday evenings and Sundays. A final rehearsal schedule will be released once all cast and crew schedules have been accommodated.
