It looks like we'll finally be able to put our production of Little Shop of Horrors back together for performances in October and November!
Unfortunately, the schedule changes have meant that some of our original cast will not be able to re-join the group.
In order to fill those spots, we're hosting a pair of auditions on Sunday, August 29 at 2:30 and Monday, August 30 at 6:30 in The Cailloux Theater!
Available Roles:
- Seymour Krelborn
- Mr. Mushnik
- Crystal, Ronette and Chiffon, plus any additional "girls" to make up one, two or even three trios of street urchins
- Bernstein
- Skip Snip
- Potentially - other chorus members
All current cast members are welcome to audition for any of these roles, and it's possible that any roles they vacate will be filled from the audition.
Please bring sheet music for a prepared song in the style of Ashman and Menken (an accompanist will be provided), and dress to move. Allow about an hour for the audition.
Rehearsals will begin on Monday, September 7, and will run five nights per week from 6:30 to 9:00. Tech week is Sunday, October 17 to Thursday, October 21.
Show dates are October 22, 23, 29, 30, November 5, 6 at 7:30 and November 7 at 2:30, all in The Cailloux Theater.
