The Taming of the Shrew (Shit-Faced Shakespeare)
by Magnificent Bastard Productions

Sep. 30 - Oct. 01 (2019)

Shit-faced Shakespeare® is currently casting for the AUSTIN production of their hit show, Shit-faced Shakespeare® — one of the UK’s most successful shows, playing to sell-out crowds across the globe since 2010. In direct collaboration with the original UK team, the AUSTIN branch of the company has played to sold out houses in town for over four years, and is now looking to add to our merry band. An entirely serious Shakespeare play with a single drunken actor thrown into the mix, the show involves real Shakespeare, real drinking, and genuine, frantic improvisation from the rest of the sober actors.

AUDITIONS: SHIT-FACED SHAKESPEARE'S THE TAMING OF THE SHREW

Magnificent Bastard Productions and Pigeon Cry Productions announce auditions for the international smash hit, and Austin’s best drinking show, Shit-faced Shakespeare®! We are currently casting for our run of The Taming of the Shrew.

Can you speak the speech? Can you create a couplet on the spot? Can you keep the show going if a tipsy Brutus decides to propose to Caesar instead of stabbing him?

Show us. Read for us. Join the fun.
