Much Ado About Nothing
by Rosedale Shakespeare

Jul. 01 - Jul. 02 (2017)

One of Shakespeare’s most beloved comedies, Much Ado About Nothing follows a group of soldiers who return home from war. They immediately both engineer and fall victim to a number of romantic schemes, some comedic and some very nearly tragic. This production reframes the central quarreling couple -- Benedick and Beatrice -- as queer women, and sets the action of the play in modern day Ramsey Park.

Something For Nothing is pleased to announce auditions for MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING by William Shakespeare, directed by Rosalind Faires and Allison Dillon.

Actors between the ages of 20 and 70 of all races, genders, and physical abilities strongly encouraged to attend. Auditions will consist of a one-minute prepared classical monologue and cold readings from the script. All actors will be paid.
